Where do we start? This is one of the most incredible wedding venues we've ever seen, and we are lucky enough to have had a couple brave enough to make this dream a reality. The Greek temple, the serenity of the archaeological park, the wilderness of the space, and the sun setting between the columns are a hymn to the heritage of Sicily.

It's hard to describe the feeling of getting married in this location. The wedding we planned there was published in magazines as the 'Best Italian Destination Wedding 2023.'

3. Tonnara di Scopello Wedding, Trapani, Sicily, Italy.

Sea Terrace Wedding - Sea shore rural Wedding

What do Ocean’s Twelve, Detective Montalbano and Dolce & Gabbana have in common? They have filmed around this incredible location. Tonnara di Scopello (a tuna-catching complex in the past) is now a museum, venue and resort. It’s part of the beautiful Reserve Dello Zingaro close to Palermo on Sicily, Italy. This location's history is a one-of-a-kind testament to the tuna fishing heritage. The setting includes a stone courtyard, a rocky private beach, and a breathtaking view of the bay, which offers some of the finest emerald water in Sicily.

It's really popular for luxury weddings, therefore it caters to them very well, with some lovely villas all around for an all-inclusive experience. It’s the ultimate Sicilian Wedding Venue.

4. Villa Hamalia - Roccalumera, Taormina, Sicily, Italy

Sea Terrace Wedding

Built in the '900 this Sicilian Wedding Venue blends the sea and the sky, with breathtaking views of the Messina's channel. The venue features a panoramic garden with a pool where you and your guests will be delighted by the breeze and the views. Villa Hamalia features several terraces, to accommodate the ceremony, the buffet and the entertainment.

All of the terraces, as you can see, are nothing short of a dream.

CATERING: You can bring your choice of catering

PLAN B: Yes, but only for about 30 people.

ACCOMMODATION: Can accommodate around 16 people, for a total of 8 rooms, between Suites and classic rooms.

5. Castello Xirumi, Lentini, Siracusa, Sicily, Italy

Castle Wedding, get married in a Castle

This is one of the most beautiful Wedding venues in Sicily, which has left many couples flabbergasted. Imagine your wedding day beginning with a wonderful and original ceremony set up in the woods of the castle, in the shade of lush trees. This is a romantic moment that will be memorable for everyone present.

For the banquet, you can choose between different scenarios. The Granary, with a capacity of about 300 people, adorned with slender columns, wooden beams and original candelabra, will immerse you in the typical elegance of great aristocratic parties.

Second option is a courtyard for open-air wedding receptions in the summer.

Outside, the castle has a large space with a 400 square meters swimming pool, and a bar area.

The Arab Garden was recently inaugurated, an enchanting place with plays of water and light in an atmosphere of oriental fascination.

10. Teatro di Andromeda, Sicily, Italy.

Open-air Museum/Theater

The Teatro di Andromeda, a unique open-air theater nestled in the Sicani Mountains at an elevation of 1000 meters, offers a mesmerizing wedding venue like no other.

Created by Lorenzo Reina, a shepherd turned artist, this venue stands as a testament to the harmonious blend of art and nature. 12. Tenuta Cala Muletti, Terrasini, Palermo, Sicily

A terrace overlooking the sea irradiated by the splendid Terrasini sunset. Tenuta Cala Muletti is the perfect location to celebrate your union and your most beautiful day outdoors.

What makes this wedding venue truly unique are not only the immense terraces and gardens overlooking the sea, but a magnificent 300 sqm glass "cathedral" to host your banquet, made of glass.

Glass gives shades and plays of light that recreates a dreamlike atmosphere.

To top it off, in this wedding venue will be cooking for you famous 3-star Michelin Stars Chef Natale Giunta, a legend in the culinary world, at no extra cost. Amazing, right?

But there is more. The location is on top of the beautiful "Grotta delle Colombe" (in the picture) a stunning cave formation where you can take some stunning shots.

13. Barone di Miceli, Solicchiata, Catania, Sicily, Italy

Vineyard Wedding, Wedding on the Volcano Etna

Barone di Miceli is a wonderful location as well as a winery, ideal for organising evocative and very romantic weddings. The location stands right on the slopes of Etna, on the north side, and is immersed in the greenery of the vineyards of Solicchiata, a small village in the province of Catania.

In summer the location is particularly suitable for organising weddings. In fact, the garden can be set up as you wish to create a unique and elegant atmosphere; moreover, the Pàlici arena, a semicircular structure entirely built in lava stone in 2005, will be the setting for an absolutely unforgettable wedding banquet.

CAPACITY: 300 people outdoor

14. Feudi del Pisciotto, Sicily

Nelson Castle is located on the border between the municipalities of Bronte and Maniace, immersed in the cultivated land of pistachios, on the slopes of Etna.

The Sicilian wedding venue has 3 superb spaces to celebrate your wedding: a luscious green garden and two very spacious patios. The Castle also has a beautiful chapel and a park surrounding the buildings. It's the ideal location to enjoy a wedding until the morning, as there are no neighbours and you are immersed in the Sicilian countryside.
